I am not going to create/design any tattoo or texture for your character, you must send me the png of it.

You should give me spot colors / color palette for reference. [in case of not having flat color art or moving from traditional art to digital].

The references will be made with the bases that I have given here as an example, I will give you a choice.

I will not use bases from another artist.

PLEASE be precise about details you want in a commission. Unless I misread the description and/or the error is on my part, a fix will be either considered a minor edit or a major edit and may cost extra.

DO NOT wait for me to complete the sketch first.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of a piece/character. If you're unsure, ask ahead of time!

Minor or major edits may vary in price.

I charge extra for private/unpublished commissions, please let me know BEFORE payment! ( +$8 for sketches, +$15 for flat/shaded/other styles.)

If you wish to have a priority rate, you must pay +%20 of the final price.

Refunds are not available unless I am unable to complete a piece for any reason!

When a commission is deemed completed, the finished product is final.

WIPs are guaranteed only in the sketch phase. And if I delay, how much progress in it.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anybody.

I am allowed to work/publish personal artwork while working on your commission.

Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.

If you are looking for a quick work, don’t commission me.

All artwork is transferred digitally.

Keep in mind, my skill level is limited.

I won’t send you the SAI/PSD file, only the PNG one.

I keep the right to modify/resell any sketch rejected as an offer.

You can ask for WIPs once I start your drawing (you can see the status in my to-do list), but please don’t abuse.

I might send you a WIP if I feel insecure about something in the drawing, even if you didn’t ask for it.

I can make big changes in the drawing if I haven’t started the lineart. At that point you’ll have to pay an extra depending on what you want to change.

Small changes are free, but don’t abuse. Too many small changes will count as a big change and you’ll have to pay an extra.

My signature/watermark will always be in the drawing (facesets and similar can be an exception).

Don’t ask me to draw in a different style from the ones I offer.

Depending on the details of the characters and/or detailed background, the price of the commission can increase.

If you wish your commission not to be uploaded on the internet, please tell me beforehand.

Private commissions have a cost of +20% to the final commission price.

I can also decide not posting it publicly if I don’t want to for whatever reason.

USD prices can be updated from time to time to match the to my country's economy on Dollar prices, since that’s the currency I use.

By purchasing any of my services you’re automatically accepting my Terms of Service. Not reading them won’t exempt you.

All USD payments will be via paypal. PAYPAL ONLY.

All payments will be made as an invoice.

The price is not negotiable.

The payment of any commission will be in advance, otherwise i wont start the commission.

Payment must be sent within 24 - 48 hours after being solicited, otherwise the order may be canceled or moved to the last place on my to-do-list queue.

If you ghost me, not only will i cancel the invoice/order, but you will be blocked and blacklisted. Don't play with my time and need.

I won’t accept payment through any other means.

I will be the one who request payment to avoid accidental transactions.

Don’t send me any payment until I accept your commission.

NO refund. This is negotiable, according as how advanced the commission is, but if I can’t finish your commission, I’ll note you for refund.

Once you buy my work, and the payment is done, a sketch will be send for approval.

Complex characters or too detailed characters will be charged between 20 to 40 extra USD. According to their complexity.

Once the payment is made, I will not accept the addition of details/weapons/BG'S that were not previously mentioned.

I’ll try to finish the commissions as soon as I can, but please be patient. Specially if I have other commissions before yours. If you want to see your commission status, please check my to-do list.

I usually do the commissions in the same order I get them, there can be some exceptions though.

I rarely work on several commissions at the same time. I usually focus in one until I finish it.

I don’t work using slots for now, but if I get to many commissions at the same time, I’ll close them temporaly until I finish all or most of them.

I will inform you if I have to delay or cancel your commission. In this second case, all money will be refunded immediately.

Of course, the more details the commission has, the more time it will take to be completed.

Commissions will be delivered by mail.

My artwork is for personal use only. No commercial use of my artwork is allowed.

I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it.

I WON’T reclaim intellectual property. It won’t be reused o re-sold for commercial or personal projects.

As the artist: I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;

Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).

Promote myself with it in any place.

Offer the digital files on Patreon, Gumroad and similar sites for learning purposes.

If you are looking for a commercial use for my work (that is, you will profit from it), the fee will be 200% of the commission price.

What is considered commercial use? As I said before, you will be profiting from my art work, whether in a monetary way, promote yourself, online merchandise, etc.

As a commissioner you may:

Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery or page (with no profit purposes).

Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.

Use the artwork as avatar, decoration, etc, as long you’re not making profit of it.

You are NOT ALLOWED to:

Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission.

Take credit for the art.

Remove my watermarks/signatures.

Put them in AI or make NFT's of it.

My art is not to be used in an AI or NFT adjacent spaces.

Do not use my art in this manner under any circumstances. You will be blacklisted and blocked.
